Document checklist
Prepare the Denmark tourism visa documents in the same order as the Danish checklist. Shared trip evidence is separated from documents each applicant must provide.
Check the current rules before applying. This checklist is based on the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs tourism checklist dated July 2026: open the official PDF.
The Danish checklist says missing documents may need to be submitted through VFS within five calendar days. It also recommends not buying tickets before the visa is approved and notes that applications submitted less than 15 calendar days before travel may be returned without processing.

Shared trip documents
Prepare one shared set for the trip
The itinerary, accommodation, and travel reservations should describe the planned stay in Denmark. Insurance must cover the requested dates and the entire Schengen area.
